Responsibilities

• What will you be doing as a Content Creator & Admin Support Apprentice? You’ll be right in the middle of life at Travel Chaps, helping us tell our story and keep the Chaps organised!
• Creating fun and engaging social media content for our Facebook, Instagram, and other channels
• Filming and editing videos, Reels and behind-the-scenes content, taking photos and capturing what goes on in our shop, at events and on the road
• Helping create posts, campaigns and marketing content
• Learning visual design, copywriting and digital storytelling
• Learning about audience engagement, brand voice and campaign planning
• Supporting the team with general admin and day-to-day office duties
• Getting involved with supplier events, shows and everything that makes Travel Chaps… well, Travel Chaps!
• Developing skills across the full content journey — from ideas and storyboarding through to production, publishing and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Someone who LOVES social media, has a creative eye, isn’t afraid to bring ideas to the table and can balance the fun creative stuff with being organised and helping with admin. You don’t need years of experience — that’s what the apprenticeship is for!
• enthusiasm, personality, attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn and become part of our slightly bonkers Travel Chaps family. And of course… a love of travel certainly won’t hurt!
• The role will be based with us at our Lincoln shop and full details on hours, salary and how to apply will be available as part of the application as there is a seperate apprenticeship application process.
