Job Summary

Own the end-to-end conference content and delivery, shaping formats, coordinating speakers, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure a smooth participant experience across multiple events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shaping the content of events through thorough market research, creative content development, and strategic programme creation
  • Delivering innovative conference formats that engage and inspire audiences
  • Coordination of all speaker-related activity
  • Manage communication with contributors, oversee briefing and onboarding, maintain meticulous records, and ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for every participant
  • Handle scheduling, session logistics, and timely delivery of all required materials
  • Maintain ownership of your conference’s content and associated processes, working closely with internal teams to keep workflows efficient and well organised
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Present to executives and work closely with internal teams

Requirements

  • Experience in conference production
  • History of helping to deliver well-organised, high-quality events
  • Good grasp of the technology landscape
  • Background in telecoms will give you a distinct edge
  • Clear, confident communication across briefs, progress reporting, and executive interactions
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to pick up new tools quickly
  • Highly organised, able to juggle several events at once and manage deadlines
  • Collaboration and relationship-building with colleagues and speakers; proactive, solutions-led, calm under pressure
