Responsibilities

• Contribute to the formulation and execution of the Council's communications and public affairs strategies.
• Implement effective communication campaigns for both internal and external audiences using various channels and platforms.
• Create high-quality communication materials, including press releases, briefings, newsletters, reports, presentations, and digital content.
• Ensure all communications are clear, precise, accessible, and aligned with corporate goals.
• Uphold and enhance the Council's brand, maintaining consistency across all communications.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or public affairs roles.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute communication campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience in media relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Project management experience within a communications setting.
• Qualifications: A-Level education or equivalent experience.
• Relevant qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Media, or a related field, or substantial equivalent experience.
