Job Summary

Own the hands-on support for event-led marketing and campaign logistics, coordinating with vendors, on-site staffing, and post-event reporting to drive future planning.

  • Events & Campaign Execution: Support conferences, partner events, VC networking, roundtables, dinners, and developer-focused events while coordinating logistics and materials.
  • Team Enablement: Keep cross-functional partners updated and produce post-event follow-ups to sustain momentum.
  • Measurement: Collect engagement, leads, and event outcomes to inform future campaigns and event planning.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Marketing team in executing high-impact marketing activities, including industry conferences, partner events, VC networking sessions, roundtables, executive dinners, and developer-focused events.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist with marketing campaign execution across in-person and digital programs by coordinating with vendors, tracking inventory and materials, supporting on-site event staffing and setup, and helping with campaign logistics.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with keeping other teams informed about marketing initiatives and upcoming activities by sharing updates and helping with post-event follow-up materials.
  • Performance And Reporting: Track and compile results from campaigns to understand performance, including gathering data on engagement, leads, and event outcomes to support future planning.

Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship
  • Enrolled in your studies from your 3rd year of Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree. Previous interns have been pursuing degrees in Business Studies, Communications, History of Art, Psychology, English Literature.
  • Must be available for a 12-month placement with a start date between May and September 2026
  • Based in London or able to travel to London office 2-3 days per week with willingness to work flexible hours if events require it on a case-by-case basis
  • Strong interest in marketing
  • Possesses good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong project management, time management, and execution skills
  • Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
  • Demonstrates creative spark expressed in ideas for messaging, creative design, etc.

Preferred

  • Preferred but not necessary: Experience with Marketing tools (e.g Marketo, Canva, On24, Salesforce, WordPress) but we are happy to teach you
