Job Summary
Owns FP&A and commercial performance with a focus on marketing investment, ROI/ROAS, and customer analytics, and partners with marketing to translate data into actionable recommendations for budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Leads evaluation of campaign performance and informs budget allocation
- Owns analytics across CAC, LTV, retention, and margin opportunities to drive revenue per customer

Responsibilities
- FP&A & Commercial Performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with a focus on marketing investment and returns
- Integrate marketing and customer metrics into financial models and forecasts
- Evaluate the financial impact of marketing spend, ensuring alignment with overall business profitability
- Provide insight into revenue drivers, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
- Marketing & Customer Analytics
- Analyse and optimise key marketing performance metrics, including:
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Return on Investment (ROI) / Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Requirements
- Strong experience in commercial finance or data analytics, ideally with exposure to marketing or growth environments
- Advanced proficiency in data tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Snowflake, BigQuery) and data visualisation platforms (e.g. Power BI, Omni, Looker or Quick Sight)
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics and digital performance channels
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to link data insights to business outcomes
- Experience working with large datasets and building scalable reporting solutions
- Ability to communicate complex analysis in a simple, compelling way
- Highly proactive, self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience in high-growth eCommerce businesses
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing)
- Knowledge of attribution models and marketing mix modelling.
