Job Description

Salary is £25,000 with a realistic uncapped OTE of £40,000, some members of the team exceed this.
This role sits within our new Retention & Loyalty POD, where you will be a customer-focused commercial advisor dealing with customer queries around re-contracting, price, competitor offers, customer objections, while also discussing options where we can help them achieve the best product and value for money.
These queries are commercially focused, not reactive service handling therefore you will need to be confident and comfortable having those types of complex customer conversations.
You will learn about our broadband products, and you will learn to collaborate with our sales, marketing, and customer operations teams to help improve customer retention. We will help you learn how to use our database to accurately track customer orders and satisfaction. The role will include a mixture of inbound and outbound calls and email case management.
Note: this is an office-based role and ss we need to contact some customers out of hours, there is one late shift, from 11am to 7.30pm per week and one Saturday (can be worked from home) in four, with time off in lieu the following week.
Bring your key attributes of being inquisitive, having great listening skills, the ability to build rapport with people quickly and think about how you will spend earnings of £40,000… or more.
Apply now for an initial chat and if positive, then come in, meet the team, and listen in to some calls to help make your mind up if this may be the right opportunity for you…

Gigaclear

Gigaclear is proud to be transforming digital connectivity in rural Britain. Founded on a simple idea - that communities outside major towns and cities deserve world class broadband - we design, build and operate ultrafast, full fibre networks where they’re needed most. We were proud to be named as Rural ISP of the year for 2025 at the UK Fibre Awards. We were founded over 15 years ago and have vast experience in helping to level up the digital divide that exists between rural and urban areas. It is clear that ageing copper networks cannot support the growing demands of modern homes and businesses. When we launched the business we saw an opportunity to help change that and today, our fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) network serves more than 250 communities across 26 counties. As one of the UK’s leading rural full fibre providers, we deliver connectivity through both commercial investment and the Government’s Building Delivery UK (BDUK) programme. Our ambition is clear: to dramatically reduce the digital divide by bringing future proof broadband to homes in towns, villages and hamlets and support rural businesses to help make our UK economy thrive. We’re proud to be an award winning employer and a recognised leader in rural fibre deployment, committed to supporting the customers and communities we serve.
