Job Summary
Own multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and fuel growth, turning market and competitor insights into actionable plans and owning the measurement and optimization loop.
- Campaign Ownership: Lead cross-channel programs with budget responsibility and an ROI focus.
- Insight to Action: Turn market research into strategies that improve pipeline and conversions.
- Performance and Planning: Track results, report to stakeholders, and optimize based on data.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Developing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support lead generation and business growth
- Translating market insights, audience research and competitor analysis into effective marketing strategies
- Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and recommending improvements to maximise return on investment
- Managing campaign budgets and ensuring activity is delivered efficiently and effectively
- Providing regular campaign performance reports and insights to support business planning
Requirements
- Experience developing marketing strategies and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Strong project and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience producing engaging marketing communications across a variety of channels, particularly email marketing
- Right to Work within the UK
- Demonstrable experience in a marketing role related to campaigns and lead generation
- Permanent, full time status (as a full-time role) is described, please note this is a fixed requirement of the advertised position?
