Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the overall marketing and brand strategy for OFF STAGE LIVE.
• Build OFF STAGE LIVE into one of the UK's most recognised dance event brands.
• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and audience growth.
• Protect and evolve the visual identity and tone of voice.
• Plan, manage and optimise marketing campaigns across: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google.
• Including: Organic campaigns, Paid advertising, Retargeting campaigns, Audience growth, Performance reporting.
• Grow and engage our online community by creating content that connects with: Dancers, Parents, Dance schools, Teachers, Colleges, Industry professionals, Sponsors, Exhibitors.
• You'll be responsible for planning, scheduling and managing social media content while responding to comments, messages and community conversations.
• Lead the planning and creation of engaging content including: Short-form video (Reels & TikTok), Behind-the-scenes content, Teacher and guest interviews, Event announcements, Faculty reveals, Competition promotions, Blogs, Photography briefs, Promotional graphics, Email campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, brand management or digital marketing.
• Experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy across multiple platforms.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google and/or TikTok).
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Experience using website CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or similar).
• Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation.
• Experience analysing marketing performance and reporting on results.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
