Job Summary

Own regional brand execution from global strategy to UK in-store activations, partner coordination, and launch alignment.

  • Brand execution: adapt global strategies, maintain 360° plans, and calendar in-store activations.
  • Cross-functional leadership: align UK teams, agency partners, Demand Planning, and Commercial for launches and stock.
  • Measurement and field discipline: monitor spend, sales performance, and flagship counter activity through field visits.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global Brand teams to adapt and execute global strategies locally.
  • Build strong internal relationships to drive productivity and brand engagement.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in aligning cross-functional UK teams and agency partners with brand goals.
  • Maintain and update 360° marketing plans and in-store activation calendars.
  • Manage day-to-day brand operations, ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities.
  • Support product launches and drive growth of core lines in line with strategic priorities.
  • Assist in developing retailer presentations and marketing materials.
  • Track marketing spend accurately and ensure alignment with budget.
  • Partner with Demand Planning and Commercial teams to forecast launches and manage stock availability.
  • Analyze sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) and contribute to action plans for growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience within marketing and the retail industry in the UK market
  • Proven digital experience and knowledge essential
  • Team management of at least 1 direct report, being fully responsible for their development
