Job Description

The role ensures the charity/non-profit operates in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintains high standards of governance, and support trustees in fulfilling their duties.

Who you are?
  • Someone with experience in charity compliance
  • Experienced in high profile stakeholder management
  • Able to give strategic governance advice
  • Experienced in strategically influencing, relationship management and ethical leadership
  • Calm, professional and intellectually curious
  • Data and detail led.
Details
  • Contract: Full Time
  • Salary: Salary of circa £20,000 gross per year for circa 300 hours work annually, + 29 days holiday pro rata in addition to bank holidays, Health Cash Plan, Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, 8% Pension contribution from employer, Discounted food and drink from our restaurant and bar, Access to members' screening.
