Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Enquiries * Respond to enquiries via email, telephone, WhatsApp, and in person * Explain courses, pricing, and study options clearly and confidently * Conduct studio consultations with prospective students and parents * Convert enquiries into course bookings * Follow up leads and maintain accurate enquiry records * Support student retention and progression onto longer-term courses Administration & Studio Operations * Manage class bookings and timetables * Maintain student databases and enrolment records * Prepare invoices and assist with administrative tasks * Coordinate workshops, exhibitions, and studio events * Monitor course capacity and booking systems * Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule * Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio Marketing & Content Creation * Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns * Create social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms * Design promotional posters and graphics using Canva or Adobe software * Edit short-form videos and promotional content * Assist with newsletters and email marketing campaigns * Monitor campaign performance and engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of administration experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Confident communicator and customer-facing professional
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable learning booking, CRM, and administration systems
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently

Preferred

  • Experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or business development
  • Experience running social media accounts
  • Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent experience
  • Bookkeeping or administrative experience
  • Experience working in education, training, arts, or creative industries
