Own Artistover’s growth engine by building scalable content and campaigns, partnering with founders to set direction, and iterating on viral, high-CTR content across short-form formats to drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition.

• Content creation & storytelling: daily short-form content across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and YouTube to capture attention fast and drive engagement.
• Growth campaigns: design and launch paid and organic campaigns, develop ad creatives, and optimise campaigns from concept to execution to optimisation.
• Strategic growth direction: work with founders on growth direction, identify scalable acquisition channels, test formats, and iterate quickly based on results.

• Requirements: Strong understanding of TikTok / Reels / Shorts dynamics; viral content psychology and attention hooks; growth marketing strategy; ability to execute campaigns independently; strong creative direction and design instincts; fast execution mindset; ownership mentality; hybrid London-based preference.
• Nice to have: Viral content experience; paid social campaign experience; editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects); startup/marketplace scaling experience; building personal brands or company pages from early stage.
