Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and DoubleClick.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, providing detailed reports and insights.
  • Oversee keyword research and SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings alongside paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and tailor advertising strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative advertising solutions.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and best practices for optimisation.
  • Campaign planning — Designing and executing advertising campaigns promoting seasonal menus, Greek‑inspired dishes, and event programming, ensuring alignment with the pub’s culinary heritage.
  • Client relationship management — Acting as the primary liaison for the business, interpreting brand goals and customer demographics to deliver tailored advertising strategies.
  • Digital channel oversight — Managing paid and organic activity across social media, search, display, and hospitality‑focused platforms to increase visibility and bookings.
  • Brand‑aligned content creation — Producing culturally authentic visual and written content reflecting the pub’s British-Greek inspired identity.
  • Customer engagement strategy — Developing targeted email campaigns, remarketing activity, and community‑focused advertising.
  • Commercial opportunity development — Identifying opportunities such as food festivals, cultural partnerships, and experiential pop‑ups.
  • Cross‑team collaboration — Working with the Head Chef, operations team, and creative partners to promote menu innovations and events.
  • Supplier and media coordination — Managing relationships with media owners, photographers, videographers, and hospitality‑sector partners.
  • General account duties — Supporting campaign delivery, reporting, and overall advertising performance.
  • This role is essential to maintaining competitive advantage, ensuring culturally authentic advertising output, and supporting long‑term commercial growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital advertising, particularly with Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of media buying techniques and PPC campaign management.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimisation strategies.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating content calendars.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Preferred

  • Proficiency in using advertising tools such as Google Tag Manager and DoubleClick is desirable
  • Previous experience working within an agency or in a client-facing role is advantageous
