Job Summary

Own the full client-growth cycle from prospecting to close, with a focus on building a scalable outbound motion, defining partner roadmaps, and turning data into strategic creative stories for brand and agency clients.

Own end-to-end client acquisition and revenue targets across brand and agency portfolios.
Build strategic partnerships and roadmaps with senior stakeholders to unlock cross-sell opportunities.
Translate analytics into narrative guidance that shapes creative strategy and client decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive new business
Turn warm leads and inbound interest into signed clients — from first conversation through to close
Set and hit revenue targets with new clients and prospects
Build a scalable outbound motion as our platform and partnerships grow
Own the relationship
Be the go-to strategic partner for a portfolio of brand and agency accounts
Build real partnership roadmaps with senior stakeholders — not just check-in calls
Identify where else we can help your clients, and bring those ideas back to our product team
Deliver work that matters
Turn data and analytics into compelling stories that shape how top brands think about their creative

Requirements

3-5 years in a client-facing role — sales, business development, account management, or strategy — ideally in video, media, or advertising (agency, platform, ad-tech, or content/music licensing all count)
Excellent communication — whether it's a strategic pitch to a brand or a quick Slack update to the founders
Comfort with both data and creative — you're curious about what makes campaigns work, not just what the numbers say
A startup mindset — you&aposre comfortable figuring things out without a manual, and you move fast

Preferred

Have experience with AI tools or are curious about how AI is changing creative work
Have sold into brand or agency marketing teams before
Can flex between big-picture strategy and the details of a project tracker in the same day
