Responsibilities

  • As a Stitch Account Manager, you will deliver impactful internal communication campaigns and projects for Deloitte's diverse client portfolio.
  • Your remit covers the entire project lifecycle. From involvement in pitches and proposals, client onboarding and scoping.
  • You will manage budgets, timelines, and project plans.
  • You'll also oversee creative briefing, production, and final delivery of multi-media employee communications, all within a rigorous professional services environment.
  • The Account Manager opportunity: Working with Deloitte’s global client portfolio, well-known brands and high street names on employee communication projects spanning geographies, channels, languages and styles.
  • Translate complex client requirements into clear, concise, and effective creative briefs that empower our creative teams to develop best-in-class internal communication content, upholding both the client’s and Deloitte's standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, and colleagues across Deloitte to produce employee communications that not only meet but consistently exceed expectations.
  • Champion exceptional quality, applying a laser-sharp focus to every detail – from strategic messaging and robust financial oversight to flawless final delivery, reflecting the precision expected by the firm.
  • Managing a range of projects and clients, ranging from urgent ad-hoc communications to annual global campaigns, no two days are ever the same.
  • Take ownership of project financials, ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget, with accurate and detailed reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: You will likely have a background in marketing, internal communications, or corporate communications, ideally gained within a large, fast-paced organisation, a leading professional services firm (such as a Big 4), or a communications consultancy.
  • Excellent Project Management: A demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, coordinate diverse stakeholders, suppliers, and creative teams, often under tight deadlines typical of a consulting or creative environment.
  • Creative Collaboration: A knack for inspiring and guiding creative talent, fostering close collaboration to produce gold-standard, best-in-class communications that meet the brief and the high standards of our clients.
  • Innovative Mindset: A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a passion for discovering new solutions to challenging problems and a real drive for continuous improvement, essential for navigating global firmwide protocols and complex client needs.
  • Exceptional Communication: A confident and articulate communicator, with experience crafting compelling written content and delivering effective verbal presentations to stakeholders and clients.
  • Financial Acumen: A strong grasp of numbers and commercials, with proven experience in planning, managing, costing, tracking, and reporting on project budgets and key metrics.
  • Organisational Excellence: Highly organised, calm under pressure, proficient in project planning tools and familiar with all standard office communication applications for seamless project execution.
  • Relationships: A natural 'people person' who excels at building strong relationships with high-profile clients, colleagues, and suppliers, consistently delivering an outstanding client experience and a track record of growing accounts.
