Job Summary

Own or lead end-to-end ABM programs that turn data, buyer signals, and account priorities into multi-channel campaigns and executive-level programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue.

  • Sales Alignment: Translate account priorities into marketing programs and partner with regional teams to complement field efforts.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use customer data and market signals to inform strategy and continuously improve campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Account-Based Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end execution of account-specific ABM programs, working backwards from customer needs to create data-driven, multi-channel campaigns, events, and executive programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Design and execute account-specific ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs
  • Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization
  • Create and implement multi-channel programs (events, digital, direct) that deliver personalized customer experiences
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices
  • Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches
  • Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact
  • Collaborate with global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices

Requirements

  • Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Preferred

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
