Job Summary

Own NTU’s content governance and UX improvements across the university’s digital channels to raise brand awareness and support student recruitment.

  • Content governance and strategy: shape external website content with stakeholders to improve findability and accessibility.
  • Content quality and maintenance: optimise accuracy and accessibility across NTU sites, including SEO signals.
  • Content enablement: empower colleagues with clear, accessible content and reusable templates and guidance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will work with stakeholders across the University to produce and shape effective digital content for the University’s external website and other digital channels to build awareness of the NTU brand, support student recruitment, and improve the user experience and engagement.
  • You will create, optimise and maintain the accuracy, quality and findability of content on NTU’s websites.
  • You will support colleagues across the University so that they are empowered to create clear, accessible and high-quality digital content.
