Job Summary

Edit and elevate social-first video content across fashion, interviews, podcasts, events, and campaigns, taking creative ownership from concept through delivery, while aligning with brand tones and platform constraints.

  • Lead project direction and storytelling to create premium social content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and beyond.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, videographers, and clients to adapt aesthetics and deliver on-brand edits.
  • Oversee end-to-end post-production including colour grading and sound design to ensure high-quality outputs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Edit a wide variety of social-first video content (fashion, interviews, podcasts, events, campaigns) with creativity and precision.
  • Take the lead on projects, bringing fresh ideas and inventive storytelling approaches.
  • Apply professional colour grading and sound design to ensure premium quality output.
  • Work with our Social Media Account Managers, videographers and clients to adapt to different aesthetics and tones depending on brand/client needs.
  • Deliver edits optimised for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experiment with formats, transitions, and creative techniques to push visual storytelling further.
  • Manage projects to meet deadlines while maintaining artistic flair.

Requirements

  • Proven experience editing social media content, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Final Cut Pro (After Effects, photoshop and lightroom are a bonus).
  • Skilled in colour grading and sound design.
  • A strong creative eye with the ability to adapt to multiple visual styles.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking the lead on projects.
  • Ability to work to deadlines without compromising quality.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Able to work autonomously to a high standard, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A portfolio/showreel showcasing creative, high-quality social content.
  • Camera Skills: - Confident operating professional DSLR, mirrorless and cinema cameras, with strong understanding of manual settings, lens selection, composition and camera movement to capture high-quality, visually compelling content. Ideally owns and works with their own professional camera equipment. - Skilled in adapting to fast-paced shooting environments, including changing light conditions, handheld/gimbal operation, natural and artificial lighting setups, and maintaining consistent shot quality on set. - Knowledgeable in technical production workflows, including shooting in log/colour profiles for post-production flexibility, alongside basic audio monitoring and on-set troubleshooting awareness.
