Job Summary

Own CRM lifecycle and data-driven segmentation to lift revenue, guide personalized campaigns, and align marketing with sales through a centralized platform.

CRM ownership across lifecycle: drive activation, retention, and profitability with data-backed decisions.
Platform governance and cross-functional delivery: manage the CRM stack with Sales and Digital teams to boost performance.
Campaigns and personalization ownership: lead customer-facing promotions and launches with measurable impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies to enhance the customer lifecycle and increase sales/profits.
Manage and maintain our CRM platform and work with our Sales and Digital teams to drive performance.
Own our customer-facing Marketing campaigns to support our promotional activity and new product launches.
Work with our Finance team to improve our customer segmentation to deliver personalised and targeted Marketing and CRM activity.
Track, analyse, and report on KPIs related to our Marketing and CRM initiatives, to continually drive improvement in these areas.
Train and support our colleagues to use our CRM platform effectively.
