Job Summary

Lead multi account communications strategy that ties brand and business goals to integrated media while building client relationships and growing the team.

  • Own strategy across planning, data analytics and creative to ensure cohesive execution and measurement.
  • Nurture senior client relationships to surface pressures, objectives and opportunities for organic growth and winning pitches.
  • Mentor junior strategists, contribute to new business, and shape industry thought leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead integrated communications and media strategies (across multiple accounts) that deliver against brand & commercial goals
  • Identify, engage and nurture relationships with senior clients and key decision-makers to understand their pressures, objectives and ambitions
  • Use market research, audience data and cultural trends to drive innovative media approaches and strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including planning, data analytics and creative, to ensure seamless integration
  • Ensure consistency and alignment between strategy, execution and measurement
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts through matching OMG specialist services to a client's needs
  • Lead, mentor and manage other junior strategists in the team, providing training and development opportunities and supporting their career development
  • Take an active role in new business pitches – contributing to winning strategies
  • Play an active role in agency and industry wide thought leadership – from authoring thought pieces, presenting at events to taking part in panels
  • Stay updated on emerging media trends, new technologies and industry shifts to drive innovative thinking and competitive advantage
