Job Description

Responsibilities

  • High-quality web content: Take ownership of creating and publishing compelling thought leadership articles, and owning the publication process via our CMS.
  • Commercially-oriented copywriting: Draft talk tracks for speakers, social copy, merchant interviews, LinkedIn-native thought leadership, and op-eds used by our key spokespeople across online and social channels.
  • Long-form and data-driven collaboration: Support our existing content writers on longer-form pieces, data-driven content, whitepapers, and industry reports.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with Digital, Social, and Communication teams, ensuring that content is briefed in with the right creative assets and that all messaging is tightly aligned.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate regularly with the Communications team on messaging accuracy, while occasionally engaging with senior stakeholders and commercial team members to gather insights and approvals.
  • Strategic project support: You can collaborate with your colleagues to provide input into more complex projects, including content strategy, working with Product Marketing on technical pieces, and contributing to the overall content roadmap.
  • AI-native workflows: Act as an AI-native practitioner, using LLMs to generate first drafts, bounce ideas, and help refine existing work to increase pace and execution quality.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in content writing, ideally with a background in fintech, tech, or payments.
  • Exceptional writing versatility: Ability to switch seamlessly between a snappy social post, a conversational merchant interview, and a technical product marketing piece.
  • Operational sharpness: Experience working with web CMS platforms and collaborating with creative teams to brief in and deploy assets.
  • An AI-forward mindset: You proactively use LLMs as a daily tool to structure thinking, draft content, and refine output.
  • A collaborative, "One team" approach: You thrive when working closely with peers in Comms, Social, and Digital, aiming for solutions that enable the wider team to succeed.
