Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Manage and optimise website content using content management systems such as Wix, ensuring it is engaging, accurate, and optimised with relevant metadata.
• Design and update website layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure a user-friendly experience across devices.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager; analyse data to inform optimisation efforts.
• Create compelling digital content including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and multimedia elements aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics to maximise reach.
• Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement in speed, usability, and SEO compliance.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in web design, SEO algorithms, and digital marketing best practices to continuously enhance our online presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience with WordPress or similar content management systems.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques including keyword research, metadata optimisation, link building, and site structure enhancement.
• Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager for tracking performance metrics.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to target audiences.
• Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for increasing brand awareness online.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and staying updated on industry developments.
