Job Summary

Own the global SEO program for two brand sites, turning audits, keyword intel, and cross-functional collaboration into sustained visibility and traffic.

  • Own: technical and on-page optimization, site architecture, and content alignment with business goals.
  • Drive: keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking to guide strategy for Google SERPs and LLMs.
  • Collaborate: partner with developers, content, marketing, and product teams to bake SEO into planning and launches.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve visibility and performance across Google SERPs and LLMs for both grahambrown.com and notwohouses.com globally
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented technically.
  • Optimize on-page content, meta tags, headings, and site architecture for SEO.
  • Monitor and analyse SEO performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategy.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and product teams to align SEO efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful SEO strategies in a commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and technical SEO principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in content marketing and keyword research methodologies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Degree educated or equivalent relevant experience.
