Responsibilities

• Edit everything – Take rough drafts and turn them into articles that actually beat the competition
• Guide writers – Help them understand what works and what doesn’t
• Track progress – Update Asana, client sheets, whatever needs updating to keep projects moving
• Talk to clients – Answer questions, send updates in Slack, keep them in the loop
• Fact-check relentlessly – Verify stats, check links, make sure we’re not publishing nonsense

Requirements

• Native-level English: Exceptional command of grammar, spelling, and style.
• SEO knowledge with a strong understanding of on-page SEO principles, including keyword optimization and content structuring.
• Editing skills to improve readability, structure, and flow while maintaining the brand's voice.
• Attention to detail is crucial for fact-checking, accuracy, and flawless grammar and punctuation.
• Adaptability to work across diverse topics , including technical and niche industries.
• AI content familiarity: Skilled at refining AI-generated content to make it engaging and human-like.
• Collaboration with writers, strategists, and clients to achieve shared content goals.
• Efficiency in managing tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
