Job Summary

Own the paid and SEO foundation for multi-channel campaigns, balancing quick traffic gains with long-term search visibility.

  • Growth/Ownership: Manage Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio reporting to drive traffic and conversions.
  • SEO & Content: Lead on-page, technical, local SEO and AiO-aligned copy and content.
  • Cross-channel optimization: Align PPC, SEO, and landing page tests for cohesive growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns
  • Supporting SEO, AiO strategies including on-page, technical, and local SEO
  • Keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting
  • Writing engaging and SEO, AiO-friendly website copy, ad copy, and content
  • Monitoring rankings, traffic, conversions, and campaign performance
  • Working with WordPress and other website/CMS platforms
  • Supporting website improvements and landing page optimisation
  • Assisting with wider digital marketing and online growth strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in SEO and PPC management
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Tag Manager
  • AiO
  • ChatGPT / Gemini
  • SEMrush
  • Ahrefs
  • Screaming Frog

Preferred

  • Meta Ads / Facebook Advertising
  • Microsoft Ads (Bing)
  • Shopify, Webflow, or WooCommerce
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
