Job Summary

GEO and agency SEO ownership with hands on execution across strategy, audits, and content collaboration.

  • GEO Strategy: Develop and test SEO programs that scale across markets and surface content in AI-assisted results.
  • Technical & On-page: Lead audits, site performance optimizations, metadata, and content alignment with search intent.
  • Measurement & Stakeholders: Track KPIs, report ROI to leadership, and inform pitches with data-driven insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client goals
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for growth
  • Monitor performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, tracking KPIs
  • Play a key role in the development and delivery of our GEO offering
  • Analyse website health, traffic, and conversion data to inform strategy
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations (site speed, mobile, structured data, crawlability, indexation)
  • Support keyword research and on-page optimisation (metadata, content, CTR improvements)
  • Collaborate with copywriting teams to deliver SEO-optimised content
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve website performance and UX
  • Report on ROI and performance to senior stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SEO, ideally within an agency environment
  • Demonstrated success delivering organic growth through strategic SEO
  • Familiarity with LLMs and how they surface content across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
  • A genuine curiosity and experimental mindset — GEO best practices are still evolving, and you'll be comfortable testing, iterating, and sharing learnings.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools, analytics platforms, and data interpretation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Passion for SEO, search trends, and emerging technologies (including AI)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Experience contributing to pitches or new business proposals (desirable)
