Own seasonal PR execution with media relations, events, and budget control for a fashion and retail brand.

  • Lead seasonal PR launches and event activations, owning agency relations and press placement
  • Own weekly press coverage reporting, KPI tracking, and budget alignment with the marketing calendar
  • Build media and influencer relationships to secure placements and drive brand impact

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of seasonal PR strategy
  • Lead seasonal campaign launches across press
  • Act as the key day-to-day contact for the PR Agency
  • Own weekly press activity within the wider marketing calendar, aligning to brand and commercial focuses where relevant
  • Ensure brand identity and tone of voice are consistently represented across all comms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, publishers and industry contacts
  • Work closely with product teams to support placement opportunities
  • Manage the talent gifting programme alongside the PR Agency and Social Media Manager
  • Manage product requests and press sample coordination in a timely manner
  • Lead the execution of press events and gifting days

Requirements

  • Proven experience in PR, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or retail
  • Experience managing PR agencies, media relationships and talent partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the UK media landscape across earned and paid
  • Experience in event management and press activations
  • Knowledge of influencer and publisher partnership activity
  • Experience supporting campaign launches, press events and gifting activity
  • Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience reporting on coverage performance, reach and brand impact
  • Strong storytelling and editorial instincts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
