Own UK franchise communications across internal and external channels, shaping messaging and guarding brand voice while handling media, crisis, and partner support.

  • Own cross-network messaging for Franchise Owners and the UK franchise network.
  • Lead Media relations and PR opportunities, with a plan for crisis and reputation management.
  • Monitor, report, and optimize communications performance to drive consistency and impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You’ll play a key role in leading and delivering internal and external communications across our UK franchise network.
  • You’ll be the go-to person for communications. Helping shape messaging, supporting Franchise Owners, identifying PR opportunities, and ensuring our brand voice remains strong, consistent, and impactful.
  • Internal and external communications across the network
  • Press releases, articles, newsletters, and statements
  • Media relations and PR opportunities
  • Supporting Franchise Owners with communications activity
  • Protecting and strengthening brand messaging
  • Crisis and reputation management when required
  • Monitoring and reporting on communications performance

Requirements

  • Experience: senior communications or PR: 3 years (required)
  • Driving Licence (required)
