Job Summary

Own targeted consumer campaigns with multi-channel execution and partner visibility, while shaping outcomes through post-campaign insights and tight budget/timeline control.

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver consumer campaigns across digital, print, and partnerships.
  • Partnerships & Visibility: Collaborate with authors, agents, and brand partners to maximise opportunities.
  • Measurement & Ops: Review results and share insights to inform future activity and budget approvals.

Job Description

Own consumer campaigns across digital, print, and partnerships.

  • Planning and delivering consumer marketing campaigns across digital, print, and partnerships
  • Work with authors, agents, and brand partners to maximise visibility and promotional opportunities
  • Support on high-profile campaigns and projects with the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Brief and manage the creation of assets, from social media content and POS to catalogues and video
  • Deliver seasonal and brand campaigns (for example, Christmas or retailer promotions)
  • Review campaign results and share insights to help shape future activity
  • Manage budgets, approvals, and timelines with care and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Creative and organised with a real enthusiasm for bringing ideas to life
  • Commercially aware, always thinking about how marketing can drive sales and engagement
  • Comfortable analysing results and suggesting what could be done differently next time
  • Above all, passionate about children’s books and the power they have to inspire young readers
  • hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in DK’s Pimlico office
  • Within a reasonable commuting distance of London before applying
