Job Summary

Own a hands-on, full‑cycle design remit focused on translating briefs into strategically crafted visuals, ensuring brand consistency, and guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality campaigns and presentations.

  • Collaborate with client services, medical teams, and vendors to ensure cohesive, high-impact creativity.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the design and development of creative projects including campaign materials, branding, marketing collateral, digital assets and presentations
  • Translate briefs into compelling, strategically considered design solutions that meet client objectives
  • Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining work where necessary
  • Deliver strong creative ideas and a consistently high level of craftsmanship across all design outputs
  • Contribute fresh ideas and innovative thinking to the overall creative strategy and vision of the business
  • Demonstrate excellent typographic, layout and visual communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain professional standards of file management and workflow organisation
  • Act as a design guardian for client brands, ensuring colour, typography and visual equities remain consistent across all deliverables
  • Build strong working relationships with client services, scientific/medical teams and wider stakeholders across the business
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative solutions

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving ability
  • Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills
  • Strong experience across branding, campaign and digital design
  • Ability to create and present well-structured design solutions
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing high-quality professional and personal design work
  • Illustration, 3D or additional creative software skills advantageous

  • Previous healthcare or pharmaceutical agency experience beneficial but not essential
