Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with tier-1 financial, technology, and science journalists: Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, Reuters, CNBC, The Information, Wired, MIT Technology Review, and others
• Own the press release pipeline : from drafting and editing to legal clearance coordination, partner approvals, and wire distribution
• Manage embargo strategy for major announcements : product launches, partnerships, funding milestones, customer achievements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all incoming media inquiries
• Prepare and media-train the CEO and CTO for broadcast appearances
• Draft bylines, and thought leadership content for senior executives
• Develop and maintain key message frameworks for investor-facing and media-facing audiences
• Coordinate executive media schedules around key events
• Serve as the daily interface with our Comunications Agency, ensuring briefings are sharp, timelines are met, and outputs are on-narrative
• Coordinate with partner and customer communications teams on joint press releases and announcement sequencing

Requirements

• 8+ years of PR experience, with a strong track record in enterprise communications and technology
• Demonstrated experience managing communications for a listed company, or supporting a company through an IPO, SPAC, or significant fundraise
• Deep existing relationships with US financial and technology media
• Strong understanding of regulations, quiet period rules, and the communications constraints that come with being a public company
• Experience working with external PR agencies
• Writing skills
• Ability to operate across time zones : your core team is in Paris, your media targets are global
• Fluency in English required; French is a plus but not required
