Job Summary

Own multi brand visual systems and packaging, with end-to-end creative ownership across social, paid, email, retail and trade channels; guide asset creation for ecommerce and marketplaces while leveraging AI to accelerate image direction and production, and defend decisions with clear rationale.

  • Brand Systems: Build and maintain brand templates and guidelines across multiple brands.
  • Campaign & Asset Execution: Own 360 creative from concept to delivery across key channels.
  • Production & AI acceleration: Use AI tools to speed up image direction and output, present rationale at milestones.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain brand systems, guidelines and Figma templates across multiple brands
  • Own packaging design from brief through to print-ready delivery
  • Execute 360 campaign creative across social, paid, email, retail and trade
  • Design and adapt assets across ecom, digital and marketplace platforms
  • Use AI tools actively to accelerate image direction, asset production and output
  • Present work with clear rationale at every stage

Requirements

  • 5+ years in brand and packaging design: in-house or agency FMCG
  • Portfolio showing strong work across brand identity, packaging and omni-channel execution
  • Proven 360 execution across digital, social, ecom and print
  • Expert in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Figma: brand systems, templates and handover
  • AI tools: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway or Kling
  • Solid print production knowledge and supplier management
  • Ecom experience across multiple platforms and digital touchpoints
  • Comfortable owning projects across multiple brands simultaneously

Preferred

  • After Effects and Premiere Pro: motion and social video
  • Beauty, household or lifestyle FMCG background
  • Experience across multiple markets and languages
