Job Summary

Own brand governance and identity operations across a global org, aligning cross‑functional teams to consistent brand application and high quality execution.

  • Brand governance and identity systems: support framework evolution and ensure guidelines are followed across regions.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: build trusted advisory relationships across Design, Marketing, Communications and external agencies.
  • Execution discipline: partner with creatives to deliver consistent brand touchpoints and maintain mentorship updates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand oversight and facilitation: support the implementation and ongoing evolution of the global brand framework throughout the organisation, and partner with stakeholders across regions and business units to drive effective brand application.
  • Brand identity and mentorship: support the development, management and evolution of brand identity systems, guidelines and standards, and maintain mentorship reflecting interpersonal needs, digital requirements and new technologies.
  • Work closely with internal and external creative partners to ensure high‑quality execution across all brand touchpoints.
  • Stakeholder management: build positive relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor on brand‑related matters, and influence team members across a matrixed, global business.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Content, Marketing, Communications, Operations and external agency partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating in a brand management role within a sophisticated or global organisation.
  • Proven experience managing brand governance, frameworks or mentorship at scale.
  • Strong project management experience, capable of balancing critical thinking and practical delivery.
  • Experience working expertly with creative specialists, providing informed feedback and clear direction.
  • Evidence of establishing effective relationships and influencing stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
  • Experience leading multiple priorities and workstreams in an evolving or ambiguous environment.
  • A degree or equivalent professional experience in brand, marketing, communications or a related field is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate brand mentorship clearly and optimally.
  • Good numeracy skills, with confidence working with budgets, resources or performance considerations relevant to the role.
