Job Summary

Lead multi-market People & Culture communications to shape internal and external narratives, engage associates, and protect TJX Europe’s reputation across a rapidly evolving retail landscape.

  • Communications Operations: Oversee the European People & Culture comms plan, directing content and agency work to align with strategic priorities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver integrated plans with HR, CR, and Marketing to showcase P&C initiatives, including I&D, wellbeing, and sustainability.
  • Reputation & Crisis Readiness: Build position statements, monitor KPIs, and support crisis response with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Communications Operations: Oversee the European People & Culture communications plan, directing content and agency work to align with strategic priorities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver integrated internal/external plans with HR, CR, and Consumer Marketing to showcase P&C initiatives, including I&D, wellbeing, and sustainability.
  • Reputation & Crisis Readiness: Build position statements, monitor KPIs, and support crisis response with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing internal and external communications.
  • Experience in delivering effective integrated external and internal communications plans, content and events that inform, inspire, involve and engage associates and customers.

Preferred

  • Experience in handling issues and reputation risks desirable.
  • Experience working within a multi-market, matrixed consumer brand is desirable, as is knowledge or experience of working in a European business.
