Job Summary

Own and drive regional PR across UK&I, build media relationships, tailor regional activity, and support anchor store PR while coordinating events, reporting, and administrative support.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Regional PR - Support the development and delivery of regional PR plans across the UK&I, working closely with the UK&I Retail PR Lead
  • Regional PR - Proactively research, build and nurture regional media contacts throughout the UK&I, developing relationships that help drive coverage
  • Regional PR - Help to generate and place stories about Lush products, stores, store events, people and brand ethics across local and regional media
  • Regional PR - Support the adaptation of national PR and brand strategies into relevant, creative consumer activity across regional channels
  • Regional PR - Work with UK&I store managers to support and coordinate regional PR activity
  • Regional PR - Write and distribute seasonal and regional press releases and pitches, tailored to regional audiences and media
  • Regional PR - Support the planning and on-the-ground delivery of regional PR events
  • Anchor Store PR - Support PR activity for Lush’s anchor stores in line with the company’s brand strategy, helping these flagship locations receive strong, consistent coverage
  • Anchor Store PR - Help develop and pitch anchor store stories that highlight the unique character, events and community impact of each location
  • Anchor Store PR - Coordinate press send-outs and support media sell-ins for anchor store moments and launches

Requirements

  • Clear and effective communicator across all channels and audiences
  • Deep understanding of the diverse UK&I regions and regional media landscapes
  • Extensive experience drafting press releases and pitch materials
  • Established network of regional media relationships
  • Exceptional time management with a proven ability to prioritize and manage workloads
  • Responsive and agile when handling requests, paired with a proactive willingness to help
  • Adaptable self-starter who focuses and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Meticulous attention to detail combined with high operational efficiency
  • Collaborative team player who learns quickly and takes direction well
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to share new ideas
