Job Summary
Lead strategic PR programs to raise Kara Healthcare’s visibility in dementia, nursing, and residential care, while shaping media narratives and community outreach to build trust and awareness.
- Own PR campaigns and media relations across healthcare audiences to drive earned coverage and sentiment.
- Coordinate press materials, events, and crisis-ready communications to strengthen the organization’s reputation.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment to inform strategy and messaging.
Job Description

- Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage media relations and respond to enquiries.
- Create press releases, articles, and other promotional materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing.
Preferred
- Experience in the healthcare or social care sector.
- Familiarity with media relations and crisis communication.
