Job Summary

two products ownership is the core, with a strong emphasis on data-driven commercial leadership and cross-functional alignment.

  • Own GTM and revenue strategies for two products, including positioning, pricing, and channels.
  • Lead cross-functional accountability for growth, partnerships, and KPI-driven performance against targets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of two products end-to-end, from proposition definition through to market readiness
  • Define and drive the go-to-market strategy for each product, including positioning, pricing, and route to market
  • Identify commercial opportunities and translate them into clear product and growth priorities
  • Own the commercial performance of both products, with clear accountability for revenue targets
  • Build and execute strategies to acquire, grow, and retain customers and partners
  • Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and market opportunities across both products
  • Track and report on commercial KPIs, using data to drive decisions and iterate quickly
  • Confidently interrogate data to understand product performance, customer behaviour, and commercial trends
  • Work directly with data and reporting tools to pull insights without relying on others to do it for you
  • Understand how tracking, integrations, and data pipelines work at a functional level — enough to spot problems, ask the right questions, and hold technical teams accountable

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in a commercial product or growth role, with direct ownership of revenue and go-to-market strategy
  • Proven track record of taking a product to market and delivering measurable results
  • Background in performance marketing, lead generation, or a digitally-led business
  • Experience commercialising customer-facing products — positioning, pricing, and growing them in a competitive market
  • Able to identify and convert commercial opportunities through partnerships, new channels, or market expansion
  • Confident working across marketing, sales, product, and technical teams without needing direct authority
  • Comfortable interrogating data and reporting independently, without relying on others to interpret it
  • Experience presenting commercial performance clearly to senior leadership
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Operations or a related field (desirable but not essential)
  • Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Lean) – advantageous but not required

Preferred

  • Experience operating within a regulated environment (FCA, financial services, legal or similar)
  • Experience supporting compliance workflows and sign-off processes
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing models and performance-based partnerships
  • Exposure to data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Understanding of marketing tracking infrastructure (pixels, UTMs, attribution, form integrations)

Benefits

  • £55,000 - £60,000
  • Hybrid working: 2 days per week in our central Manchester office
  • Structured onboarding and a tailored personal development plan
  • Good Vibes Days - 6 fully paid days off throughout the year focused on wellbeing, growth and team connection
  • 26 days annual leave
  • Plus extra holidays for service milestones AND your birthday off
  • Work from Anywhere Policy
  • A supportive, ambitious team where ideas get tested and people are trusted to do great work
