Own and drive client relationships and multi-channel PR programs for a QSR-focused agency, translating culture insights into earned media, influencer and experiential campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage QSR client relationships day to day, building trust and demonstrating strong commercial awareness.
  • Provide proactive counsel, strategic recommendations and clear communication at every touchpoint.
  • Manage client expectations and navigate challenges with professionalism.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated PR campaigns across earned, social, influencer and experiential channels.
  • Write compelling press materials, strategic narratives and creative pitch angles.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet timelines, quality standards and strategic objectives.
  • Leverage strong relationships with journalists across culture, lifestyle and consumer media.
  • Pitch stories confidently with clear hooks tied to cultural moments.
  • Coordinate press activity, interviews and media partnerships.
  • Monitor news cycles, competitor activity and cultural shifts to identify opportunities.
