Responsibilities

• Design of brochures, product literature, in-house magazine, mailshots etc.
• Compiling and maintaining project and budget tracking system.
• Web page design – Internet/Intranet.
• Raising requisitions for payment of goods.
• Promotional and merchandising ideas.
• Support the planning and execution of trade shows, participate at these shows.
• Competitor/Customer/Market Research and analysis.
• Literature Management and Distribution.
• Manning information hotline, Spontaneous project work, Supporting Sales/Specification team, Support of product launches, General clerical support to Marketing Department.
• General clerical support to Marketing Department.

Requirements

• Undergraduate ideally studying a Marketing or Business-related degree.
• General computer skills and knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Ability to work well in a team and possess excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator / Freehand / Quark Xpress is desirable.
• Full driving licence would be beneficial (but not essential).
