Job Description
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and scale high-performing print campaigns designed to acquire and retain new customers.
- Manage and own print campaign lifecycles: Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycles, including audience targeting, brief creation, print production, in-flight performance reporting and post-campaign analysis.
- Innovate & Test: Work alongside key stakeholders to relentlessly test copy, paper weights, formats, offers, and audience segments—driving conversions, ROAS, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Budget Management: Support the management and optimisation of multi-million-pound marketing budgets to maximise the channel’s ROI.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Build strong relationship with our print agency and manage print production timelines, proofs, and logistics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative, CRM, Customer Insights, Trade Marketing, Legal and the wider Digital Marketing & Acquisition team to bring our growth strategy to life.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience executing print marketing (direct mail, door drops, inserts) or direct-response acquisition campaigns and customer conversion journey..
- Solid understanding of acquisition KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, MROI). Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable leveraging tracking tools (UTMs, promo codes, multi-touch attribution, and econometric data).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
