• Building an inclusive and welcoming padel community.
• Being the face of the club and delivering an outstanding experience for every visitor.
• Organising leagues, tournaments, social sessions and beginner events.
• Creating engaging content across our social media channels.
• Encouraging new players to pick up a racket and fall in love with the sport.
• Looking after the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring the courts and facilities always look their best.
• Growing participation and helping establish the club as the place to play padel in the local area.

Requirements

• Loves padel and wants to help grow the game.
• Is naturally outgoing, friendly and confident meeting new people.
• Enjoys creating experiences that people remember.
• Has plenty of energy and brings positivity wherever they go.
• Is organised, reliable and happy taking ownership.
• Is comfortable using social media to engage and grow a community.
• Wants to be part of a growing business where they can make a genuine impact.
• Whether you've worked in leisure, hospitality, fitness, tennis, customer service or events, if you're passionate about people and padel, we'd love to hear from you.

Preferred

• If you already have a padel coaching qualification, brilliant. If not, we'll invest in you by funding your qualification, giving you the opportunity to deliver private coaching sessions alongside your role and earn additional income.
