Job Summary

Own the full spectrum of museum marketing through campaigns, content and events that attract new visitors and raise footfall across digital and print channels.

  • Growth & Campaign Ownership: Lead multi-channel programs spanning marketing, PR, content and events to expand reach and drive visits.
  • Creative & Partnerships: Align digital creative, storytelling and on-site/off-site activities with audience growth goals.
  • Cross-Org Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact across touchpoints.

Requirements

  • The postholder will be highly digitally literate, with strong creative skills, excellent organisational ability and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of museum work.
