Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored for Spanish-speaking audiences, leveraging SEO, social media management, email marketing, and B2B strategies.
• Manage content creation and localisation, including copywriting and visual content development using Adobe Photoshop.
• Oversee project management tasks related to campaign planning, execution, and analysis to ensure timely delivery and optimal results.
• Utilise WordPress to update and optimise website content for improved user engagement and search engine rankings.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels while maintaining organisational standards.
• Lead efforts in B2B marketing initiatives, fostering strong relationships with partners through strategic communication and outreach.
• Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics to refine strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present campaign results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, IT developments, and digital marketing best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in management roles within digital marketing environments, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Strong background in SEO optimisation, Google Ads campaigns, Google Analytics analysis, and email marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and organisational tools for project management.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (spoken and written), with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated expertise in social media management, B2B marketing, copywriting, and analysis skills.
• Experience working within IT or technology sectors is advantageous but not essential.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in leadership roles or managing teams will be considered a strong asset.
