Own early stage marketing support for a family-run HVAC firm, focusing on content creation, CRM hygiene, and outreach to potential clients, with a learning lane and growth potential.

  • Marketing Operations: Maintain CRM records and marketing databases to enable targeted campaigns.
  • Content & Social: Assist with social posts, blogs, case studies, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting our marketing and business development activities
  • Assisting with social media content creation
  • Helping update website content and blogs
  • Producing case studies and marketing materials
  • Researching potential clients and opportunities
  • Maintaining company databases and CRM records
  • Supporting email campaigns and online marketing
  • Assisting with video, photography and content creation
  • Supporting networking, PR and promotional activities

Requirements

  • GCSE Grade 6 or above in English Language
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong spelling, grammar and attention to detail
  • Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
  • Good understanding of social media platforms
  • Reliable, organised and professional
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
