Job Summary

Own paid media partnerships and asset production with a focus on ROI for multi-channel collaborations.

  • Own multi-channel partnership management and asset production for paid media deals.
  • Coordinate industry and media partner relationships to promote the University.
  • Collaborate to test tactics and drive ROI improvements across partnerships.

Job Description

  • Manage media partnerships across channels including digital, print and event sponsorship.
  • Identify, manage and coordinate relationships with aligned industry, media and cultural partners to promote the University.
  • Ensure media assets are created in line with partner requirements.
  • Own the implementation and production of assets relating to paid media partnerships (e.g., briefing design assets, collating marketing materials for events, writing copy for advertising, ad hoc production tasks).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify successes and failures and make recommendations for tactics to maximise ROI.
  • 12-month fixed term basis
  • Experience managing media partnerships across channels including digital, print and event sponsorship
  • Proactive team player who is conscientious and hard-working
  • Experience managing media projects and owning implementation and production of assets for paid media partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills across all formats
  • Experience working in a marketing or media role managing digital, print or event sponsorship projects
  • Experience working with academic and professional services teams to create marketing content for partnership packages
  • Able to work with Head of Digital & Content and negotiate rates with partners
  • Available to start 1 August 2026
  • Willingness to work 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri) and to attend weekly team meetings in person (Cornwall campuses) or hybrid/UK-based remote work
  • Experience negotiating preferential rates and securing value for money from paid partnership and media opportunities
  • Experience working with academic and professional services teams to create marketing content for partnership packages (e.g., copy for news articles, podcast interviews)
  • Ability to plan effectively to manage workload and build collaborative business relationships
