Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will own everything from strategy and positioning through to day-to-day execution.
  • You'll produce content at scale, in-depth guides, articles and resources designed to rank in search and to be cited by AI answer engines.
  • You'll run and optimise our paid campaigns across channels such as Google and LinkedIn, with the judgement to move budget towards what's working and away from what isn't.
  • You'll grow our organic and AEO presence, plan and own events end-to-end (including making sure they're well attended), and find new channels to drive growth.
  • You'll work hand-in-hand with the Leadership team to shape the direction of our growth with the autonomy to build the function the way you believe is right.
  • Crucially, you'll tie your activity to results. You'll set goals, report on performance transparently, be honest when something isn't working, and pivot quickly.
  • Genuine ownership, proactivity and a real passion for marketing are the most important aspects of this role.

  • Hands-on experience planning and running paid campaigns.
  • Confidence owning the numbers - setting targets, measuring results and adapting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A self-starter mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred
