Job Summary

Own the B2B marketing function and lead cross functional delivery, turning market insights into strategy, team enablement, and campaign optimization.

  • Leadership & Strategy: Own marketing plans, team leadership, and cross dept alignment to hit corporate objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage B2B campaigns, track performance, and optimise based on data-driven insights.
  • Content & Tools: Oversee materials creation (PowerPoint/Office) and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects to stay on budget.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Manage B2B marketing campaigns to strengthen relationships with corporate clients.
  • Coordinate projects across multiple departments ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Analyse campaign performance data using analysis skills to optimise future initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on marketing goals.
  • Utilise project management tools to organise tasks, deadlines, and resources efficiently.
  • Monitor industry developments and incorporate relevant innovations into marketing plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the marketing sector, preferably with B2B focus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and campaign metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel (particularly for analysis), PowerPoint, and IT systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in developing strategic marketing plans aligned with organisational objectives.
