Job Summary

Own end-to-end email campaigns and lifecycle journeys, turning campaign activity into revenue through segmentation, automation, and cross-channel coordination.

  • Build targeted, personalised journeys and automated workflows for onboarding, engagement, and post-purchase.
  • Align email with paid, organic, and web channels and measure impact on engagement and revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Plan, build and execute email campaigns end-to-end, from briefing through to launch and performance analysis - Translate wider marketing activity (campaigns, launches, content) into effective, customer-focused email communications - Ensure all email activity supports both engagement and revenue objectives - Work closely with internal teams to ensure email amplifies activity across paid, organic and web channels - Manage audience segmentation to deliver targeted, personalised campaigns - Build and optimise automated workflows and lifecycle journeys (e.g. onboarding, re-engagement, post-purchase) - Continuously review journeys to improve relevance, reduce fatigue and increase conversion - Monitor and report on campaign performance, including engagement, conversion and revenue - Use A/B testing and data insights to drive continuous improvement - Identify opportunities to optimise the customer journey and increase customer lifetime value Requirements - 4–5 years’ experience in email or CRM marketing - Hands-on experience planning and delivering email campaigns - Strong experience with segmentation, automation and lifecycle journeys - Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms) - Confident analysing data and translating insights into action - Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Preferred - Experience in e-commerce or lead-generation environments - Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle strategy Benefits - Free on-site parking - On-site Gym - Family & Friends discount on Corston Products - 25 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays - 4% Employer Contribution to Pension, 5% of salary by the employee - 4 x Salary Life Cover - Opportunity to work in a high-end environment and for a company that is continually growing Internationally, which offers many more career opportunities
