Job Summary

Own and grow CAMS presence in the cycling community by shaping brand messaging, partnerships, and community led content, with emphasis on social content, events, and influencer collaborations.

  • Brand and partnerships: identify opportunities with cycling clubs, retailers, and industry partners to boost visibility.
  • Content and storytelling: translate CAMS services into cycling friendly messaging and create engaging social, blog, and promotional content.
  • Social media and events: manage CAMS channels, collaborations, and event support to drive enquiries.

Job Description

  • Grow brand awareness and generate enquiries.
  • Plan and manage digital channels, partnerships and events.
  • Identify opportunities to promote CAMS through cycling clubs, communities, influencers and industry partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends within the cycling and fitness sectors to inform marketing activity.
  • Create and collaborate on engaging marketing content including social media posts, blog articles and promotional materials.
  • Translate CAMS’ services into clear, compelling messaging for cyclists.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and channels.
  • Develop storytelling content that resonates with cycling enthusiasts and promotes safety and awareness.
  • Transform raw content into exciting and interesting forms for upload to social media channels and other platforms.
  • Produce visual content using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
  • Experience in marketing, brand management or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
  • Experience using design software to produce marketing assets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing and online campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyse campaign data and use insights to improve performance.
  • Understanding of brand building and community-led marketing.
  • Knowledge of video editing or content production tools.
  • Experience in sports, fitness or lifestyle marketing.
  • Experience working with influencers, sponsorships or community partnerships.
