Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyse campaign performance data using analysis skills and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, IT, and creative departments to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Prepare compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and reports using Microsoft Excel for internal stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with B2B clients through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and motivate the marketing team, ensuring high levels of communication skills and organisational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in project management
  • Proven experience in marketing management roles, preferably within B2B environments
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and campaign metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT systems relevant to marketing functions
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with effective communication skills across diverse teams
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
Preferred
  • Digital marketing experience and tools (beyond core requirements)
  • Experience marketing Zetaverse projects or similar social media campaigns
